Susan Gowans (Qualified Nurse and Behaviourist)
 Susan began her career in Veterinary Nursing at Telford college, in 1994. Her one week placement at the Lamond was very quickly extended to full time employment. She qualified in 1997. Since qualifying, Susan has gained a British Nursing Qualification in Behaviour and a Certificate in Applied Animal Behaviour from Southampton University. She has currently completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Companion Animal Behaviour Counselling at Southampton University.
She lives with her husband and their two dogs, Marley (Staffordshire Bull Terrier) and Daisy (Whippet cross), one canary and a rabbit.
She is positively not allowed to have any more pets!!!
